Kenny becomes the new station supervisor of KACL in 1998. A likable and relaxed manager, he before long becomes pals with all of the staff there. When he took around in "Sweet Dreams", he gave Frasier the ultimatum of accomplishing an ad he could not endorse or be fired. Kenny fires Frasier, but rehires him an hour and also a fifty percent later on
